Have you considered having bees but was not sure how to get started? Did you want to learn more about the issues plaguing honey bee populations? There will be several seasoned beekeepers on hand to answer these questions and more.

Ooltewah Bee Co., is a local apiary just down the street from the nursery, and they are regular vendors at our weekl Ooltewah Farmers Market. Ooltewah Bee Co. will be here with their amazing hyperlocal wildflower honey for sale, and some unique items such as whipped honey, golden bars of bee's wax, and some handmade bee's wax candles!

The market is celebrating the important role that honey bees play in our food chain as pollinators. Many of the vendors will offer specail honey-themed items made with local honey or honey from their farms. You will find items such as fresh baked breads sweetend with honey, Mushroom infused honey, Honey Kombucha, fresh-baked pet treats, cold-pressed juices with raw honey, sweet breads, etc.
